Issue Description

In the Outlook 2016/Office 365 client calendar pressing the “New Skype Meeting” button (see below) results in the Outlook client restarting.

This is only happening when the SwyxIt! 2015 client is running before starting the Outlook client. It is likely due to an incompatibility between the old SwyxIt! 2015 client addins and the version of Outlook/Skype being used.

Resolutions

1. Temporary workaround. Close the SwyxIt! client before pressing the “New Skype Meeting” button.
2. Permanent fix. Go to “Apps and Features”. Select “SwyxIt!” and press the “Modify” button. Select “Modify” and “Next”. Expand “SwyxIt!”. Deselect “Outlook AddIn” and “Office Communication Addin” then press “Next”. Finally restart the Swyx client.
