Quest have recently released a new version of the K1000 Kace appliance which has broken the inventory process again. The IP address recorded is wrong when the device connecting is using a USB 4G device. They previously broke this before (in 10.0 https://www.farris.co.uk/article.aspx?articleid=10374) and released a hotfix to fix it but it does not look like they are going to fix the issue this time.

It is recommended to hold off upgrading your K1000 to 10.2 until they fix this issue.
