Exchange Online has a new preview admin center to bring it's design in line with the Microsoft 365 Admin center. It can be accessed at https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/

It does not have all the functionailty of the old Exchange Admin center but I am sure missing functions will be added soon.
