Awesome first time the fix worked by going into the Program Files (x86)\IBM\Notes. When closed an Notes was relaunched, the client began the same behavior. So now going to other folder paths to run the cmd on the Program File. I think it's because it's a 64 bit program being run on a 32 bit system. go figure, non-profits.

Thank you for help, above command work for 99%
I got same error looping through 'Loading...Please wait', done everything but not able resolve. Last "C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus" folder renamed and copied through another working desktop, problem resolved.

Go to C drive/program files/IBM/lotus
In lotus folder u will see the Folder named as Framework.
Rename it as a Framework OLD.
It will definitely work.

This (Renaming workspace folder) worked for gaining access to notes but i also have Designer installed. When I try to open a database from notes client in designer I get an error message indicating that it cannot open it from Notes basic. So in other words now that I've renamed that folder it thinks it's the basic version of notes.
